For cleaning of machines in the food industry, especially butchery equipment like machines, vessels, appliances, workbenches, wall tiles, floorings, and transport boxes. For canteen kitchens, hotels, and restaurants for cleaning of grills and deep fat fryers, frying pans, exhaust hoods, filters, etc.
Intensive cleaner with outstanding general cleaning effect, however, additionally, it has extremely strong fat-dissolving properties. Already in cold water it comes into full effect and improves further with increasing water temperature. Compared with a usual detergent, the activity of the Butchery Cleaner increases many times. It does not attack aluminium.
Normal pollution: 1% (1:100)
Extreme pollution: up to 5% (1:20)
It is purposeful to lay in parts with burned-in fat, inserts of exhaust hoods, frying pans. etc. overnight in an 1:1 diluted cleaner, and then they are washed with hot water. If necessary, use a scouring sponge. Thoroughly re-rinse all cleaned surfaces with water.
