For whole food area, especially machines, equipment, workbenches, ice machines, cream whippers, cake moulds, tiles of flooring and walls.
Highly effective cleaner with a wide range of application against pollutions of all kind, especially for fat, sugar, dough residues, as well as all usual organic substances. It does not attack aluminium. The PUDOL Bakery Cleaner has
been tested and approved for the application in food-processing factories or kitchens.
For slight pollution, spray some dashes in water, wash the material, rinse with clear water. Drying is not required. For extremely strong pollution we recommend a dilution of 1:10 to 1:20. Longer duration of action and hot water
noticeably support the cleaning process. Lay cake moulds with burned-in pollutions in a solution of 1:1 overnight and then, clean them with a rough sponge or brush. Thoroughly rinse all cleaned surfaces with water.
